Taqueria Menu at Sanchez
On a recent trip eating through Mexico, Chef Vikas Seth, Culinary Director, Embassy Leisure group, discovered the Taqueria, an integral part of the country’s culinary landscape. Inspired by its comforting appeal, quite similar to the Indian ‘roll’, Vikas’s ‘Taqueria’ menu at his Mexican restaurant, Sanchez features a diverse range of tacos and fillings.
From the authentic yellow corn and blue corn tortilla to colourful ‘tacos with a twist’, tainted with roasted beets and carrots, there’s also a range of fillings on offer. Soft Shell Crab, Baby Lobster, Chipotle Pulled Chicken, Pork Belly, Roasted Broccoli, Roasted Pumpkin, Barbeque Mushroom… there’s a taco for every taste and palate.
