Chef and restaurateur, Abhijit Saha talks about Rock Salt, his “international styled hyper-regional Indian restaurant.”


“The idea was to create an Indian restaurant of the highest quality, yet go hyper-regional in its culinary offerings. Indian cuisine by itself is very diverse and has so many nuances to it that you don’t need to play around with it to create a great experience,” says Abhijit Saha on the philosophy at Rock Salt.
