Cocktailist: God’s Paradise

Cocktail artist Akshay Lokrey gives this tropical pineapple cocktail a desi twist with the addition of curry leaves and cinnamon.



45 ml white rum
45 ml pineapple juice
15 ml coconut syrup
1 tbsp honey
5 pineapple chunks
Cinnamon powder to sprinkle
Curry leaves to garnish



  1. Place all the ingredients except for the pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Add pineapple juice and stir
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with curry leaves.
