The Tasting Menu at Caperberry
The degustation menu at Caperberry features a number of interesting creations, such as a transparent tomato consommé, arugula pesto stuffed tortellini, stuffed morels with red wine risotto, a “mushroom” made entirely out of coconut mousse, and more.
Chef Abhijit Saha sees the degustation menu as “a travel through different parts of Europe, from which the restaurant is inspired”, and explains how both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are crafted with Caperberry’s modern twist.
